Description

  • Analyze business workflows, pain points, bottlenecks, and manual processes with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or redesign operational processes.
  • Translate operational challenges into practical AI tools, automations, and software solutions.
  • Own solutions from process discovery and design through implementation, deployment, adoption, and iteration.
  • Build and integrate AI applications using LLMs, APIs, internal systems, and workflow automation.
  • Handle front-end and back-end development as needed across the technology stack.
  • Measure solution impact and improve implementations using feedback, operational metrics, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, automation, AI engineering, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including React and Node.js, and/or Python.
  • Experience building practical software solutions and integrating systems through APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent models.
  • Proficiency in SQL and confidence using data to understand processes and measure outcomes.
  • Experience turning ambiguous business or operational problems into concrete solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High ownership, autonomy, continuous-improvement mindset, and bias toward experimentation and execution.
  • Experience with Lean, Kaizen, process engineering, operational excellence, workflow automation, RAG, AI agents, cloud services, or AI governance is preferred.
  • Demonstrated AI proficiency at least at Sword’s Explorer level, using AI daily for productivity.

Benefits

  • Total compensation range of €50,400–€72,000 EUR, including base, variable compensation, and equity where applicable.
  • Private company stock options may be included; future stock value is not guaranteed.
  • Additional benefits are offered, with details varying by country.
  • Compensation may be adjusted based on impact, skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
