Description

  • Define the roadmap and lead end-to-end execution for a member-facing product area spanning all care solutions.
  • Own product outcomes and measure results across activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with product, design, engineering, clinical, data, and growth teams to create a cohesive member experience.
  • Build AI-native experiences that improve how members access care, remain engaged, and make progress.
  • Conduct continuous member discovery through conversations, feedback, and other evidence sources.
  • Prototype, experiment, and iterate quickly to validate ideas and improve product impact.
  • Prioritize initiatives, make explicit trade-offs, and decline lower-impact work when necessary.
  • Write clear product documentation, align teams and leaders on direction, and keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience at Senior level or 7+ years at Staff level.
  • Track record of shipping consumer- or member-facing products that improved measurable business or user metrics.
  • Experience with product discovery, prioritization, lean delivery, and simplifying complex problems into intuitive experiences.
  • Ability to lead through influence in multi-product or platform-like environments across teams not directly managed.
  • Hands-on understanding of how AI products are built, evaluated, and improved.
  • Daily use of AI tools in work; must demonstrate at least Sword’s Level 1 AI proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to align engineers, clinicians, and executives.
  • Deep user empathy and a member-first approach to building cohesive experiences.
  • Fluency in activation, engagement, and retention KPIs and using data to demonstrate impact.
  • Experience in digital health or another regulated industry (preferred).

  • Total compensation range of €80,000–€150,000 EUR, including base pay, variable compensation, and applicable equity.
