Description

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for a major product area or cross-product initiative.
  • Translate company strategy into multi-quarter and multi-year product plans that balance innovation, scalability, and customer needs.
  • Lead complex initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition to delivery and iteration.
  • Use customer research, competitive insights, market trends, and data analysis to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
  • Define success metrics for adoption, retention, ARR growth, and workflow efficiency, and refine investments based on results.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders on direction, tradeoffs, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams on product positioning, packaging, and launches.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on AI/ML integration, data models, and scalable platform capabilities.
  • Ensure product solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and performance requirements.
  • Mentor product managers and advance product management best practices across teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven record of owning and delivering complex, high-impact products or platforms.
  • Strategic product thinking that connects product decisions to business outcomes.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without direct authority.
  • Deep experience in product discovery, roadmap planning, and agile execution.
  • Strong analytical ability to use data for prioritization and success measurement.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in legal technology, legal operations, or adjacent enterprise workflow domains (preferred).
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products, automation, or data-driven platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS metrics, pricing and packaging, customer lifecycle management, or multi-product platform ecosystems (preferred).
