Description

  • Own the multi-quarter roadmap for the Server Experience and Fulfilment engineering squad.
  • Improve mobile workflows for planning daily work, sequencing attempts, managing high-volume addresses, and identifying jobs at risk of missing deadlines.
  • Design experiences that surface jurisdiction-specific legal requirements at the right point in a job.
  • Improve the capture and verification of service evidence, including location, time, photos, and eligibility checks, including offline use cases.
  • Determine which workflows belong in the mobile app, can be automated with AI, or require service-specialist support.
  • Improve dispatch systems for packaging, pricing, and distributing job offers and supporting server pay.
  • Conduct user discovery, analyze product data, and translate findings into product decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, design, operations, and other product teams to deliver products that reduce manual coordination and improve service quality.
  • Balance the needs of law firms, process servers, and operations when making product decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience owning a high-impact workflow from problem identification through launch, adoption, and measurement of results.
  • Experience building mobile products used by field workers, such as drivers, couriers, technicians, or inspectors.
  • Ability to design systems that account for downstream impacts across dispatch, operations, and customer experiences.
  • Strong product design skills, including sketching flows, prototyping with AI, and refining field-app experiences.
  • Experience independently conducting customer discovery, observing users, and analyzing product data.
  • Ability to make and influence product decisions across stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Experience automating customer service or operational workflows (preferred).
  • Supply-side marketplace experience with matching, dispatch, compensation, or field-workforce engagement (preferred).
  • Experience in legal tech or other regulated, jurisdiction-dependent environments (preferred).
  • Experience with location, identity, or fraud verification in a mobile product (preferred).
