Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal IT helpdesk requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues for remote employees.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and de-provisioning SaaS accounts such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Jira.
  • Help track and manage global hardware inventory and software licenses, keeping device management systems up to date.
  • Support the IT & Security team in maintaining cybersecurity, compliance, and correct device configuration under SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks.
  • Create and update internal IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and how-to guides.
  • Identify repetitive IT tasks and help automate workflows to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common SaaS tools.
  • Familiarity with device/endpoint management concepts (MDM) is a plus.
  • Interest in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a curious, self-starting attitude.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with a fully remote, international team.
  • Fluent in English.
