Description

  • Lead the end-to-end migration and implementation of financial models from Anaplan to Pigment.
  • Architect, build, and maintain complex core models in Pigment, including consolidated P&L, workforce planning, and operational drivers.
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the planning platform, including data integrations, formula troubleshooting, and user access governance.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business Systems stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop automated reporting dashboards to support forecasting and financial planning.
  • Identify manual bottlenecks in the planning cycle and implement automated workflows to improve monthly close and budget processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and an optimized architecture throughout the platform transition.
  • Own the roadmap for core financial models and help define how SurveyMonkey scales its planning capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, or Strategic Finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience specifically focused on financial systems administration.
  • Proven expertise in architecting and maintaining complex, multi-dimensional EPM models.
  • Relevant platform certification or equivalent implementation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Direct experience leading a successful EPM migration, such as Anaplan to Pigment or Anaplan to Hyperion.
  • Deep understanding of common data architecture challenges during platform transitions.
  • Strong technical command of data integration tools.
  • Experience managing data flows between ERP systems like NetSuite and planning environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
