Description

  • Lead cross-team programs spanning multiple platforms, including backend and endpoint systems.
  • Identify, track, and resolve cross-functional dependencies and risks across engineering teams.
  • Define clear milestones with product and engineering leaders and ensure timely execution.
  • Own release coordination and rollout strategies, including staged deployments and feature flag management.
  • Ensure release readiness through testing, monitoring, and rollback planning.
  • Build and maintain lightweight execution systems such as Jira to track progress and drive accountability.
  • Develop automations using Python, APIs, or integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
  • Establish and enforce clear definitions of done across teams.
  • Provide real-time visibility into program status, including roadmap progress and unplanned work.
  • Drive initiatives to full completion and proactively escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role.
  • Experience working with complex systems such as endpoint software, platform engineering, or distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of release processes, including feature flags, staged rollouts, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience building or automating workflows using Python or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira for program tracking and execution.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage both technical and operational challenges.
  • Experience with system-level or security-focused products (nice to have).
  • Background in managing highly technical programs involving multiple engineering domains (nice to have).
  • Experience improving execution frameworks or scaling program operations (nice to have).

Benefits

  • Salary of $7,000 - $10,000 USD per month.
