Description

  • Produce print and digital assets including social content, display ads, email, web banners, signage, direct mail, and collateral.
  • Adapt content across sizes, formats, and channels while maintaining established templates and brand standards.
  • Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, alignment, imagery, hierarchy, QR-code placement, and other design details.
  • Fit copy, imagery, pricing, legal information, and localized content into existing templates without unnecessarily changing the system.
  • Prepare print-ready files with correct bleeds, trims, color profiles, resolution, and preflight settings.
  • Export digital assets according to platform specifications, file-size requirements, and naming conventions.
  • Perform thorough self-QA and proofreading before internal or client review.
  • Manage multiple production requests, deadlines, and fluctuating workloads while maintaining accuracy.
  • Track production work in ClickUp, update statuses, log time, and flag deadline risks.
  • Maintain organized templates, assets, files, and version control while collaborating with project management, copy, creative, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar hands-on production role.
  • Experience producing both print and digital assets within established brand guidelines or template systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle design inconsistencies.
  • Ability to work within defined design systems without unnecessary deviations.
  • Strong self-QA and proofreading practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience preparing print-production files and working with printers or production vendors.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, color, and fundamental design principles.
  • Ability to manage high-volume production and multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clarify unclear requirements.
  • Portfolio demonstrating print and digital production work across multiple formats.
  • Agency, enterprise-client, template-library, ClickUp, or remote cross-functional collaboration experience preferred.
