Description

  • Design and implement AI internal tools to improve internal processes and project quality.
  • Create and maintain REST APIs using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework.
  • Build and maintain frontend components in JavaScript, NextJS, and React.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure deliverable quality.
  • Implement secure, robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, developers, and cross-functional teams to achieve challenging goals.
  • Contribute to the company’s culture and vision.
  • Support the development of custom apps that serve client needs.

Requirements

  • C1 English proficiency or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience developing applications with React; NextJS experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience developing backend applications with Python, ideally using Django Rest Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services, ideally AWS.
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining unit and integration tests.
  • Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub.
  • A curious mindset with a passion for learning and using new technologies.
  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.
  • Preferred: experience working with high-growth startups.
  • Preferred: experience building products using LLMs or LLM-based agents, ideally with LangChain.
  • Preferred: experience training AI models, including dataset preparation, training pipelines, and evaluation benchmarks.
  • Preferred: experience building code generation or code editing solutions.
  • Preferred: a team-player mentality with experience influencing and improving development processes.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $7,000 to $9,000 USD per month.
