Description

  • Deliver customer support via phone calls and emails.
  • Assist customers with basic Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity issues.
  • Identify the root cause of technical problems and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely and carefully.
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills at C2/Native level, both spoken and written.
  • English language skills at B2+/C1 level.
  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common connectivity issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience in a customer support or technical support role is a plus.
