Description

  • Deliver customer support via phone and email.
  • Manage incoming support tickets, investigate issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Guide customers through software workflows, settings, and configuration screens using documented procedures.
  • Support customers with how-to questions and common accounting workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal specialists on escalated cases.
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update the knowledge base.
  • Keep up with evolving tools, processes, and product updates.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely.
  • Communicate with developers and other cross-functional specialists to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Native Dutch language skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills at C1 level, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in a customer-facing support role, ideally in a B2B or software environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
  • Structured, process-oriented troubleshooting and ticket-handling approach.
  • Ability to investigate issues methodically and follow documented procedures to determine when escalation is needed.
  • Comfort navigating complex software, settings, and configuration screens.
  • Fast learner with the ability to master complex software products over time.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • French communication skills at C1 level, preferred.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software such as Exact Globe, Exact Online, SAP, Odoo, or similar platforms, preferred.
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge, including invoicing, general ledger, and accounts payable/receivable concepts, preferred.
  • Remote desktop support experience with tools such as Splashtop, TeamViewer, or AnyDesk, preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferred.
  • Basic SQL or database awareness, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Peppol or electronic invoicing, preferred.
