Description

  • Coordinate projects and provide day-to-day operational support across campaigns.
  • Manage creative briefings and coordinate timelines with an external agency to ensure assets are delivered on time.
  • Upload and manage creative assets in Meta.
  • Follow internal procedures and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
  • Apply customer happiness practices in day-to-day work.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and track performance against KPIs.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

Requirements

  • Excellent German and English language skills at C1 level or higher for both speaking and writing.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver tasks reliably and on schedule.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-office setting is preferred.
