Description

  • Manage implementation projects and coordinate delivery between clients and internal teams.
  • Gather business, functional, and technical requirements and work with the Integrations department on execution.
  • Facilitate workshops and advise clients on transformation and operational best practices.
  • Develop strategies with clients to drive long-term adoption, success, and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Monitor client activity and operations to keep projects on track and objectives met.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help clients maximize platform value.
  • Deliver occasional training sessions and support key users in adopting the solution.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills at C1 level, both spoken and written, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a software, implementation, or consulting environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to adapt and work comfortably in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving projects forward.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and business processes.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Desire to continuously learn, develop new skills, and embrace feedback.
  • Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, digital products, and new technologies.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
