Description

  • Deliver technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate incidents when needed.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact during live event lifecycles.
  • Document and escalate incidents with clear details on impact, timeline, and reproduction steps.
  • Perform log analysis and work with REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
  • Use AWS tools such as CloudWatch, Athena, and S3 to support investigations.
  • Work with monitoring and logging platforms such as Grafana and OpenSearch.
  • Support integration, onboarding, and troubleshooting for customer events in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills at C1 level for both spoken and written communication.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in a Technical Support role.
  • Experience as a Tier 3 Technical Support Consultant or in a Tier 3 support environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline is a plus.
  • Ability to read and write scripts in Python, Bash, or JavaScript is a plus.
