Description

  • Provide technical support to internal users and resolve complex IT and security-related issues.
  • Manage and configure IT assets to maintain secure and compliant environments.
  • Oversee identity and access management, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and least-privilege enforcement.
  • Administer endpoint protection, antivirus, patch management, and mobile device management tools.
  • Maintain internal IT and security procedures, documentation, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams on risk assessments, internal audits, and GRC controls aligned with privacy legislation and CIS Critical Security Controls.
  • Monitor and investigate suspicious activity in AWS environments and apply cloud security best practices.
  • Work with engineering to improve CI/CD pipeline security, remediate vulnerabilities, and review Infrastructure as Code changes.
  • Assist clients with implementing and maintaining SSO integrations.
  • Support department planning using OKRs, roadmaps, business plans, and budget planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Windows and Unix-like operating systems.
  • Strong background in technical support for end users.
  • Experience with access management processes, including secure provisioning and revoking access.
  • Strong background in Google Workspace and Slack administration from a security perspective.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing antivirus software, patch management systems, and MDM tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, and how to secure workloads in cloud environments.
  • Understanding of information security best practices and security frameworks, including CIS Critical Security Controls, LGPD, and GDPR.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, SAST/DAST tools, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OpenID, and OAuth2, with hands-on SSO integration experience.
  • Ability to write clear procedures, internal policies, and documentation in English.
  • Fluency in spoken Portuguese and English, used daily with team members, partners, and vendors across multiple countries.
