Description

  • Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack.
  • Develop and optimize the main application and internal admin interfaces, including user management and billing systems.
  • Implement high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI/UX based on product designs.
  • Translate Figma designs into production code in collaboration with Product Managers and Designers.
  • Work closely with another developer and the QA team to support integration, code quality, and deployment.
  • Design and maintain secure backend logic and infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update the company’s marketing website built on WordPress.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve delivery speed without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with balanced frontend and backend experience.
  • Deep, significant experience with React; Next.js experience is a plus.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Python and Java.
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher), written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience working with Figma.
  • Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization.
  • Strong collaboration skills with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and leverage AI-powered tools.
  • Experience handling complex and sensitive architecture.
