Description

  • Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack to deliver a high-performance user experience.
  • Develop and optimize the main application and internal admin interfaces, including user management and billing systems.
  • Implement high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI/UX from product designs.
  • Translate Figma designs into production-ready code in close collaboration with Product Managers and Designers.
  • Work with another developer and the QA team to ensure smooth integration, high code quality, and reliable deployment.
  • Design and maintain secure backend logic and infrastructure for sensitive functionality.
  • Maintain and update the company’s WordPress marketing website.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve delivery speed without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong frontend and backend experience.
  • Deep experience with React; Next.js experience is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and Java.
  • Experience delivering pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience working with Figma.
  • Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization.
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher), written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset and ability to adapt quickly and leverage AI-powered tools to increase productivity.
