Description

  • Deliver eBL onboarding, training, and post-contract client support.
  • Guide users through full eBL workflows and ensure correct operational procedures.
  • Provide functional and operational support to agri-trading firms, vessel carriers, banks, and agents.
  • Communicate with clients across regions and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Handle first-line eBL issues, triage problems, and escalate when needed.
  • Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base content, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and track performance against KPIs.
  • Support operational users through structured onboarding and user training.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve the support experience.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, trade operations, digital adoption, or a similar operational role.
  • Excellent English communication skills at a C1 level or higher.
  • Direct B2B experience working with enterprise-level customers.
  • Hands-on experience with bulk shipping, agricultural commodity trading, logistics/supply chain, or trade execution workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with operational users across different cultures and organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while staying organized.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability for operational issues.
  • Experience creating training content, knowledge base materials, or user guides.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Commodities Trading, Supply Chain, Business, or Information Systems is a plus.
