Description

  • Deliver customer support via email and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries related to billing, product usage, technical issues, and bugs.
  • Create reports and keep customer feedback up to date.
  • Escalate complex issues to engineers when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely.
  • Keep up with evolving tools, technology, and customer support practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • At least 2 years of customer support experience.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Ability to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
  • Experience with iOS/Android devices is a plus.
  • Experience handling high workload is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
