Description

Manage complex system integrations and oversee third-party integrations to prevent downstream issues.
Evaluate and prioritize work based on business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability.
Collaborate on the strategy, discovery, and execution of integration enhancements and customer-facing features.
Own the product backlog by writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
Balance technical debt, new capabilities, and operational improvements.
Manage timelines and deliverables across departments and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Work closely with developers to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility.
Translate between business and technical stakeholders and advocate for technical best practices.
Lead UAT planning and execution, support QA and validation, and analyze post-launch performance using metrics and data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a product or technical role focused on software development and system integrations in an eCommerce setting.
Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with developers and IT teams, including writing technical requirements and discussing APIs, data models, and architecture.
Cloud deployment experience with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
Ability to solve unfamiliar, complex problems with minimal guidance.
Understanding of how monolith and microservice systems coexist and affect customer experience, operations, and finance.
Established working relationships with senior leadership, internally and externally.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Understanding of full stack technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java, or Spring Boot (preferred).
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, or CRM and experience integrating them (preferred).
Certified CSPO, SAFe, or other relevant product/technical certifications, plus cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional, or Azure Fundamentals (preferred).
Ability to work Monday through Friday with 4-5 hours of overlap with 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time.
Remote employees must work in a distraction-free environment.
Use of AI tools in application materials must be disclosed and candidates must be able to speak authentically to their work.
