Description

  • Lead network-wide process analysis and implement SOPs that improve consistency and reliability across fulfillment centers.
  • Independently manage complex continuous improvement projects from identification through sustainment.
  • Design and evaluate pilot programs to validate new processes before full-scale rollout.
  • Apply statistical analysis to validate hypotheses, assess process capability, and measure improvement impact.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to track supply chain and automation performance.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, IT, analytics, and vendors to improve automated systems and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain TPM programs, PM schedules, inspection checklists, and escalation protocols for automated equipment.
  • Monitor OEE, uptime, PM compliance, and reliability trends, and drive corrective actions when targets are missed.
  • Lead Kaizen events, cross-functional workshops, sustainment reviews, and audits to embed improvements into standard work.
  • Mentor CI team members and communicate complex findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification, or 3+ years of hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience in a complex operational environment.
  • Proven experience independently leading end-to-end continuous improvement projects with measurable, sustained results.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools and methods such as Minitab, process capability, and hypothesis testing.
  • Strong ability to communicate analytical findings to senior leadership and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating Kaizen events and structured problem-solving workshops.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or Engineering preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution center environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior CI practitioners preferred.
  • Experience with advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Ability to work remotely in an approved state and travel up to 50% of the year.
