Description

  • Review medical service authorizations and paperwork to create, update, or close client accounts in the CRM.
  • Communicate with agency case managers through email, state portal messaging, and phone to obtain information and resolve action items.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client account issues.
  • Coordinate intake activities with Logistics, Customer Care, Billing, and Compliance teams.
  • Respond to intake-related inquiries from other departments.
  • Meet service-level expectations for speed, accuracy, production, and quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is preferred.
  • Previous data entry experience and basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet billing and compliance standards.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while following company policies.
  • Medical billing terminology knowledge is preferred.
  • Must live in Iowa and be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with potential overtime.
  • Must have a wired home internet connection via cable modem or fiber optic service, plus a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Must attend orientation onsite at the Ankeny office on the first day of employment.
  • Ability to perform prolonged seated work, repetitive hand and wrist motions, and visual tasks.

Benefits

  • $17.00 per hour starting wage with weekly paychecks.
