Description

  • Support maintenance of pay bands, salary ranges, and job leveling documentation across roles.
  • Collect and organize compensation market data for ongoing benchmarking of office, fulfillment center, and international positions.
  • Analyze compensation data in Excel to validate range alignment and identify pay trends.
  • Assist with the annual compensation refresh, including intake review, validation, and summary reporting.
  • Support compensation initiatives for fulfillment center and international teams.
  • Document compensation workflows, templates, and guidelines to improve process consistency and governance.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Interest in compensation, pay structures, and equitable practices.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Must live in or be open to relocating to one of the eligible states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
  • Must be available for the 10-week internship from June 1st to August 7th, with a required on-site meeting in Melville, NY on July 14th and July 15th.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not provided.
