Description

Review, verify, and approve invoices before payment in accordance with company policies.
Resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and item receipts with internal teams and vendors.
Prepare and process vendor payments accurately and on time while helping maximize early payment discounts.
Track and apply vendor credits for open balances, returns, rebalances, and warranties.
Maintain strong vendor relationships to support smooth and efficient financial transactions.
Perform monthly vendor statement reviews to identify and resolve outstanding balances or discrepancies.
Enter and maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite and other financial systems.
Respond to vendor and internal coworker inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Support data integrity and compliance with accounting standards through careful system and record management.

Requirements

High school diploma or international equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial operations role.
Proficiency in data entry and financial systems.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, verify information, and ensure financial accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency.
Proactive problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues efficiently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, positive attitude when working with cross-functional teams.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or international equivalent, in Accounting or Business is preferred.
Experience working with NetSuite is preferred.
