Description

  • Own the narrative and positioning for RFPs and proposals, translating commercial positioning into deal-specific win themes and competitive framing.
  • Coordinate input from Sales, Supply, Climate Science, and Commercial teams to build accurate and persuasive submissions.
  • Build and maintain a reusable library of proposal modules, including positioning, methodology explanations, case studies, proof points, and compliance responses.
  • Partner with AEs to tailor propositions to buyer context, evaluation criteria, and competitive dynamics.
  • Create and maintain commercial collateral for demand and supply teams, including decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and pitch materials.
  • Translate positioning into industry-specific, persona-specific, and account-specific narratives that help advance demand-side deals.
  • Develop supply-side materials to help the Supply team pitch exclusivity partnerships to project developers.
  • Own a pipeline of commercial stories and proof points, including buyer case studies and project stories, and package them into multiple formats for different uses.
  • Translate company positioning into go-to-market strategy for new supply categories, including market framing, buyer education, and competitive narrative.
  • Build and refine AI-powered workflows, templates, prompts, and internal tooling to speed up RFP and collateral production without reducing quality.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or proposal management within complex B2B environments.
  • Strong positioning and narrative development skills for differentiating against competitors and tailoring messages to specific audiences.
  • Experience creating collateral and go-to-market materials for long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a two-sided business or marketplace, or comfort serving multiple internal audiences with different needs.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate workflows and build repeatable systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, deadlines, and a current collateral library.
  • Comfort working with data and translating market intelligence, delivery data, and commercial metrics into narratives and proof points.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to building relationships across Sales, Supply, Climate Science, and Product.
  • Nice to have: experience in climate tech, carbon markets, energy, or sustainability.
  • Nice to have: background in RFP or proposal management for enterprise deals.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with account-based marketing and how collateral supports targeted pipeline.
  • Nice to have: experience building systems, templates, or tooling for commercial teams.
  • Nice to have: experience positioning or launching new product categories without established market language.
