Description

  • Plan and optimize inventory for raw materials, components, finished devices, HST devices, PAP machines, and accessories.
  • Set safety-stock levels, manage inventory KPIs, and implement inventory-management tools and reporting.
  • Build and maintain production and supply plans with the manufacturing team.
  • Identify supply risks and maintain dual-sourcing or contingency plans for critical components.
  • Manage international logistics, landed shipping costs, customs exposure, carriers, and freight forwarders across the EU, UK, US, and Australia.
  • Manage US 3PL relationships, including contracts, SLAs, performance reviews, RFPs, order-flow integration, and returns processing.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts and manage pricing, MOQs, payment terms, lead times, quality, and warranty terms.
  • Maintain supplier scorecards and lead supplier qualification, quality agreements, and approved-supplier-list processes.
  • Ensure lot and UDI traceability, audit readiness, and documentation across procurement and logistics activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, including inventory planning and carrier or 3PL ownership.
  • Demonstrated success reducing shipping or logistics costs for internationally shipped physical goods, ideally across the EU-US lane.
  • Experience managing US 3PL contracts, SLAs, performance reviews, and escalations.
  • Working knowledge of EU-to-US, UK, and Australian import and customs processes.
  • Hands-on ERP/MRP experience as a super-user or functional owner of demand planning, inventory, or production scheduling modules.
  • Experience building processes and tooling in a low-maturity operational environment.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing, preferably medical devices, pharma, or similar hardware, with knowledge of ISO 13485, EU MDR, or cGMP preferred.
  • Experience negotiating procurement contracts with hardware manufacturers or raw-material suppliers preferred.
  • Experience with reverse logistics or return programs preferred; French language skills are also preferred.

  • Compensation of $70,000–$80,000 Euro per year.
  • EU-based remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Working-hours flexibility with required overlap with US business hours.
  • Periodic US travel for 3PL site visits, vendor negotiations, and carrier reviews, at least annually.
