Description

  • Manage end-to-end device and account provisioning for new hires, including hardware ordering, MDM enrollment, and core software setup.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues and resolving support tickets.
  • Administer user access across core systems and ensure timely provisioning and deprovisioning based on role changes and departures.
  • Maintain hardware, software license, and SaaS inventory and identify redundant or underused tools.
  • Partner with the CTO’s team on IT governance, security baseline practices, and vendor management for workplace tools.
  • Define and improve onboarding and offboarding IT checklists to support a smooth remote employee experience.
  • Identify repetitive workflows across non-clinical teams that are strong candidates for AI-assisted automation.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automations, integrations, and agentic workflows to streamline manual work.
  • Work with process owners to map current workflows, document automations, and ensure solutions are maintainable.
  • Track and report automation impact, including hours saved, error reduction, and volume processed.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support, workplace technology, or digital operations, ideally in a remote-first or distributed organization.
  • Working knowledge of device management (MDM), identity/access management, and SaaS administration.
  • Experience with agentic AI workflows and automation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Make.com, Zapier, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered automations or agentic workflows that solved a real business problem.
  • Strong ability to move between hands-on execution and medium-term planning.
  • Strong process-mapping ability for turning messy manual workflows into working automations.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce clear documentation for non-technical audiences.
  • Documentation-first mindset and comfort being the sole owner of a function.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with People/HR and Technology/Engineering stakeholders.
  • English fluency; French proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience scaling digital workplace technology through high-growth periods is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a first or solo hire building a function from scratch is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Deel IT, Google Workspace administration, or comparable MDM/identity stacks is a plus.
  • Interest in sleep, health, and improving people’s well-being is a plus.

  • $70,000–$95,000 salary depending on experience.
