Description

  • Lead the Corporate Services Sourcing team and manage four direct reports.
  • Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle from data gathering and RFx development through supplier evaluation, negotiation, award, and contracting.
  • Develop and execute multiyear category strategies that improve category maturity and deliver value beyond savings.
  • Own end-to-end category management, including planning, supplier relationship management, and value delivery.
  • Evaluate suppliers using total cost of ownership modeling and drive cost reduction through value engineering, demand optimization, and specification optimization.
  • Build and manage supplier ecosystems across categories and regions, while tracking spend, performance, savings, and market trends.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-stakes Corporate Services procurement matters.
  • Partner with Deliveroo and Wolt sourcing teams to align strategies and capture global synergies.
  • Support the transformation of procurement operating models, tooling, and ways of working through change management and cross-functional consensus.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Services Sourcing.
  • People management experience and readiness to lead a team of four.
  • Experience working in technology or similarly high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience developing and executing category strategies that deliver measurable, sustained value.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including knowledge of contract structures and value creation levers.
  • Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex MSAs/SOWs on optimal terms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in total cost of ownership modeling and quantitative cost analysis.
  • Proficiency with procurement tools such as Coupa, Zip, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.
