Description

  • Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using Python, Django, and related technologies.
  • Create and evolve RESTful APIs for web, mobile, and third-party integrations.
  • Automate workflows for medical, billing, and sales teams.
  • Expand and maintain platforms for patient management, monitoring, telehealth, videoconferencing, and secure messaging.
  • Integrate external partner APIs and manage complex data synchronization.
  • Monitor and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve scalability and reliability.
  • Contribute to platform architecture, ensuring maintainability and robustness.
  • Implement security and compliance practices for sensitive health data.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver healthcare features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional back-end development experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Python experience.
  • Experience with Django and Django REST framework.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, cybersecurity, DevOps, startup environments, HIPAA compliance, or healthcare systems is preferred.
  • Comfort using AI in day-to-day work.
