Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Threat Detection and Response features and the associated user experience.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather and analyze feedback, use cases, and requirements.
  • Maintain a product roadmap informed by data analysis and competitive positioning.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify platform requirements that improve user experience and dashboard functionality.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to product engineering teams and company executives.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure dashboard solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant.
  • Make prioritization decisions to balance product needs and delivery tradeoffs.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy with product marketing and sales.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as whitepapers, blogs, presentations, and product demos.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, with a proven record of execution.
  • Strong understanding of security operations technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS products and navigating complex decision-making environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
