Description

  • Connect with top universities to help them diversify and grow their international student population.
  • Provide strategic insights on international student mobility, quality, and retention.
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers at higher education institutions to secure multi-year partnerships.
  • Support the North America team in achieving regional growth goals while managing your own territory.
  • Advise, liaise with, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Plan and attend client meetings.
  • Manage the full commercial cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, sales, campaign implementation, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Report to the North America Executive Vice President on strategy and growth targets for the region.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of proven commercial experience within the higher education industry.
  • Higher education and international student recruitment experience is required.
  • Based in Canada and able to work in the location.
  • A strong network of key decision-makers, including c-level contacts, within North American higher education.
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and able to work with urgency in a target-driven environment.
  • Client- and market-share-oriented, with a long-term focus on client value.
  • Assertive, energetic, persistent, and results-driven with an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Comfortable working as an independent yet collaborative team player in an entrepreneurial setting.
  • Ability to understand the perspective of prospective international students.
  • Experience studying internationally is desired.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with a young, dynamic company.
  • Must already possess a valid work permit for the location.
