Description

  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to understand strategic priorities and the employee experience they need to deliver.
  • Set and maintain a multi-quarter technology roadmap, including evaluating ROI and capacity needed to execute it.
  • Drive discovery, planning, and systems solution development across Stripe’s infrastructure.
  • Create mockups and facilitate feedback to align on business requirements and intended user experiences.
  • Conduct third-party vendor analysis and recommend build-versus-buy options based on expertise and ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, systems analysts, and program managers to translate requirements into technical design and implement solutions.
  • Create and present project content, facilitate working sessions, and communicate product strategy aligned with business priorities and budgets.
  • Use data and storytelling to support decisions, escalate risks, define ROI, and monitor solution adoption.
  • Use KPIs and user feedback to evaluate solutions and influence roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product development, technical program management, internal systems design, HR, or business analysis.
  • AI/LLM fluency, including practical experience using LLM-based tools.
  • Experience working in high-growth and/or technology companies.
  • Ability to understand and map system-agnostic business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with complex, interconnected systems.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, dynamic, high-velocity situations.
  • Experience managing data and drawing insights while navigating complexity and building new processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working in a software engineering team or organization (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of internal systems such as HRIS, ATS, CRM, LMS, ticketing, and finance systems (preferred).
