Description

  • Translate complex systems, policies, and operational constraints into clear product experiences.
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve coherence across journeys, touchpoints, and surfaces.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, operations, and strategists to shape product direction and outcomes.
  • Develop long-term strategy and pragmatic short-term solutions.
  • Design, prototype, and communicate ideas through storytelling and demos.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative signals to inform design decisions and evaluate impact.
  • Raise the craft bar in a domain where quality and trust are critical.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Contribute to shared patterns and systems that support coherence across the Risk organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant product design experience at a product-driven technology company.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, systems thinking, end-to-end design, and understanding of AI tools.
  • Experience working on complex product areas with multiple stakeholders, constraints, and interconnected workflows.
  • Strong product thinking and the ability to shape direction, not just execute against requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to prototype and design across multiple touchpoints and surfaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence through clear design rationale and artifacts.
  • Preferred: Ability to think in systems and design solutions that scale across users, workflows, and surfaces.
  • Preferred: Strong product judgment and influence beyond the UI.
  • Preferred: Deep focus on quality from concept through implementation.
  • Preferred: Comfort moving between big-picture thinking and interaction-level craft.
  • Preferred: Motivation to work in ambiguous, strategic problem spaces.
  • Preferred: Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where priorities may shift due to policy, operational, or regulatory needs.
