Description

  • Review and QA designs, animations, and edits for pixel-perfect execution, consistency, copy accuracy, and compliance with brand and platform specifications.
  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback to creative teams as the final checkpoint before public release.
  • Test user interactions to verify pixel-perfect execution and seamless functionality across devices.
  • Use Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools to document, track, and report bugs or visual inconsistencies.
  • Ensure timely resolution of QA issues by coordinating follow-up on reported defects and inconsistencies.
  • Refine and integrate QA processes within the production workflow to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain QA documentation, including spreadsheets and visual reports, to track trends and inform improvements.
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, and developers to uphold creative standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Visual QA experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, or advertising environment.
  • Strong eye for design, composition, pace, and detail.
  • Working proficiency in Photoshop or comparable design tools.
  • Understanding of video and sound specifications with basic working proficiency in Premiere or comparable video editing software.
  • Experience with mechanical files and print, in-store, and OOH asset requirements.
  • Good understanding of digital media specifications and cross-device requirements.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to provide thorough, actionable feedback to creative and production teams.
  • Conversant with QA and production tracking tools, particularly Jira and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Knowledge of, or interest in learning about, generative agentic AI, automation processes, and related tech is a plus.
