Description

  • Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals for APAC GTM teams.
  • Propose and implement scalable improvements to the recruiting strategy to increase effectiveness and reach.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring progress reports to business leadership.
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent.
  • Conduct market research and analysis on APAC talent trends to inform recruiting decisions and address hiring challenges.
  • Work with cross-functional partners in Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across sales, marketing, sales development, operations, and professional services.
  • Support a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including in-house experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business proficiency in English.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Strong drive to identify and engage top talent and build candidate relationships.
  • Proven ability to use data insights to identify trends and improve recruiting processes.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in shifting tasks and priorities as business needs change.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Experience using sourcing and CRM tools such as Gem or LinkedIn Recruiter to manage talent pipelines (preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools such as GoodTime, Slack, and G Suite (preferred).
