Description

  • Own content development and go-to-market enablement strategy across the sold funnel.
  • Create seller-ready resources such as pitch decks, FAQs, value propositions, and talking points for enterprise, mid-market, and platform buyers.
  • Partner with Market Intelligence to track commerce, checkout, and agentic commerce trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Synthesize market and competitive insights into differentiated positioning and seller-facing competitive narratives.
  • Design and deliver training programs that build seller expertise across the Commerce Experiences portfolio.
  • Prepare sellers for major product launches and events, including Stripe Sessions, and help them understand the product roadmap.
  • Use data and insights to identify enablement gaps, prioritize content development, launch new assets, and measure impact on seller confidence and key KPIs.
  • Surface field insights through monthly readouts and structured retros to inform PMM positioning and the product roadmap.
  • Act as the connective tissue between product, marketing, and the field to translate product value into seller-ready narratives.
  • Equip customer-facing teams to confidently pitch solutions, answer technical questions, and speak to the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech.
  • Direct experience with checkout, ecommerce, digital wallets, agentic commerce, or other commerce platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and technical products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to distill complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to move quickly without compromising attention to detail or polish.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision making and measuring marketing impact.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing and align on shared goals.
  • Demonstrated comfort working with and presenting to senior leaders across a variety of disciplines.
  • Strong collaboration skills, willingness to seek and share alternative views, and ability to earn stakeholder confidence.
  • Experience using or building AI-powered tooling to accelerate seller productivity or content development.
