Description

  • Own the strategy and substance of the CRO’s external executive engagements with users, partners, and the executive community.
  • Build and maintain a live view of the CRO’s strategic customer relationships and ensure external time is intentional and sequenced.
  • Track open commitments and follow-through across key user and partner relationships.
  • Own the end-to-end executive briefing process for strategic user and partner meetings.
  • Synthesize account context, competitive dynamics, relationship history, and meeting objectives into concise briefing materials.
  • Design the operating model for executive engagement programs, including sponsorship frameworks and deployment criteria for senior leaders.
  • Build event and cadence programming that creates repeatable C-suite moments at scale.
  • Map executive relationships across strategic accounts, track interaction cadence and recency, and identify relationship coverage gaps.
  • Translate executive engagement standards into scalable playbooks and frameworks for the broader GTM leadership team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, executive engagement, strategic customer programs, chief of staff, management consulting, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated proximity to C-suite executives in a support, advisory, or program role.
  • Exceptional written communication with the ability to produce executive-ready briefing materials and correspondence.
  • Strong program design and execution experience, including building frameworks or operating cadences from scratch and driving adoption.
  • Deep cross-functional credibility with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without positional authority.
  • Experience preparing senior executives for high-stakes customer meetings as an active contributor to the outcome.
  • High executive presence and the ability to represent the Office of the CRO internally and externally.
  • Prior experience supporting a CRO, CEO, or equivalent executive in a chief of staff, executive advisory, or strategic programs role at a high-growth technology company (preferred).
  • Experience designing and running executive customer programs, such as advisory councils, roundtables, or strategic account engagement frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience working with enterprise accounts at the executive level and understanding C-suite buyer dynamics (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Stripe’s GTM motion, products, and enterprise sales cycle (preferred).
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank with client-facing executive communication responsibilities (preferred).
  • Comfort with data and CRM tools to inform engagement strategy and track relationship health (preferred).
