Description

  • Lead event registration strategy for all Corporate Events, including pricing models, attendee flows, and promotional tactics to maximize attendance and revenue where applicable.
  • Design and document distinct registration experiences for different attendee types, including flows, content requirements, email communications, calendar invites, nurture campaigns, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Establish and document registration policies for each event based on historical data and event goals.
  • Analyze registration and engagement data with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to identify trends, inform strategy, and prepare weekly reports for executives and leadership.
  • Define the annual events web roadmap with Web Presence and Platform teams, break web projects into phases, and prioritize key deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage the development, integration, testing, and quality control of the event mobile app to ensure seamless registration, alignment with branding, and improved attendee engagement.
  • Oversee the full registration project lifecycle from planning through onsite check-in and post-event analysis, serve as primary onsite registration escalation contact, and travel to support onsite execution.
  • Collaborate with Legal, security, Web Funnel, and vendor/internal systems teams to maintain compliance, ensure consistent form fields and Salesforce data alignment, and protect attendee data.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination (weekly planning meetings, clear roles/responsibilities), prepare contingency and escalation plans, own onsite badge/scanning and data upload processes, and support attendee follow-up planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event registration management for both paid external and internal events.
  • Proficiency with event registration software and technical tools, and experience leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance attendee experiences.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience interpreting large data sets and producing actionable insights and executive reports.
  • Strong project management expertise with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and developing scalable processes and automation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence, build consensus, and manage external partners.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in quality control and data audits to maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and resolve unforeseen challenges quickly under pressure.
  • Preferred: experience using Slack, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Drive, Figma, and Asana.
  • Preferred: experience working in international environments and familiarity with digital marketing principles and tools (SEO, email marketing, social media) to boost event visibility and engagement.
