Description

  • Lead concepting and copy across global campaigns, from insight development through final headlines and narratives.
  • Run campaigns end to end across film, OOH, digital, print, and activations.
  • Develop creative concepts and present them to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to earn buy-in.
  • Create creative strategies and executions that bring Stripe into culture through sponsorships, storytelling, and live moments.
  • Partner with agencies on briefs, concept development, feedback, and execution.
  • Experiment with AI in the creative process and help develop new workflows.
  • Help other writers, designers, and marketers produce stronger, more ambitious work.
  • Serve as a cross-functional voice connecting creative work to business goals, user insights, and brand positioning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in copywriting and creative direction, ideally for product-driven or tech companies.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams, agencies, or creative partners in high-growth environments.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong language craft, strategic thinking, and breakthrough campaign concepts.
  • A track record of selling ambitious ideas through to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Strong instincts across film, digital, print, OOH, and activations, with the ability to turn insights into concepts that earn attention.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI in the creative process, including active experimentation.
  • Strong partnership mindset, especially working closely with producer leads.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and align competing priorities.
  • Experience in sports marketing, sponsorship activations, or brand-in-culture work is preferred.
  • Experience building voice and tone systems, copy standards, or brand language infrastructure is preferred.
  • Experience creating concept-led work with cultural traction is preferred.
  • Experience working in environments where both product and brand are central to the story is preferred.
  • Experience creating award-caliber work is preferred.
