Description

Lead large-scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs with Stripe-wide impact.
Manage highly complex programs requiring significant resources and technical and functional coordination.
Support commercial deal motion by partnering with Deal Pricing, Deal Strategy, sellers, and internal stakeholders on custom commercial approaches.
Collaborate with sales, services/support, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and scale commercial programs.
Identify systemic issues and gaps and propose holistic solutions that address root causes.
Navigate complex programmatic problems at scale across go-to-market and Stripe operations.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Service Teams, Product Teams, and other groups to remove internal blockers.
Provide coaching to other Commercial Solutions team members and identify function-wide upskilling opportunities.
Act as a liaison among Sales, Deal Pricing, Deal Strategy, and other stakeholders for custom elements.
Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and leadership exercises that improve organizational effectiveness.
Advocate for positions and quickly build cross-functional alignment and trust.
Lead projects to solve existing commercialization issues.

Requirements

Experience independently leading large-scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs with company-wide impact.
Experience managing highly complex programs requiring significant resources and complex functional and technical integration.
Experience supporting commercial deal motion and developing custom commercial approaches with pricing or strategy stakeholders.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, services/support, product, and other teams to develop and scale programs.
Experience identifying systemic issues and proposing root-cause solutions.
Experience navigating complex programmatic problems at scale across go-to-market organizations.
Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Service, and Product teams to resolve blockers.
Strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly.
Preferred: direct product launch oversight experience.
Preferred: payments industry experience.
Preferred: MBA in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics.
Preferred: PgMP or PMP certification.
