Description

  • Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and high standards of service delivery.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and help foster a positive work environment.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, customer-centric service and handle guest concerns and complaints.
  • Manage customer reviews and comeback issues through CDC processes on Yelp and Google Reviews.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to support loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Track operational, financial, and employee records accurately.
  • Prepare regular reports on shop performance and key metrics for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with Autoflow or a similar platform is preferred but not required.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a similar technical college program is preferred.
  • Ability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to efficiently navigate a computer.

Benefits

  • Total compensation target of $160,000+ per year.
  • Base pay up to $120,000 per year.
  • Bonus pay up to $40,000 per year.
  • Up to 6% gross profit sharing opportunity.
