Description

  • Own the financial performance of the location, including daily and monthly P&L management.
  • Drive revenue growth and gross profit through business development, sales execution, pricing, productivity, and cost control.
  • Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage performance and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize operational efficiency by using real-time observation and performance data to improve workflows and execution.
  • Deliver strong customer experiences by maintaining service standards and resolving customer concerns.
  • Use technology and operational systems to monitor metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Improve retention and loyalty through service and operational enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit, location, or department with accountability for results.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to analyze metrics and P&L data.
  • Experience leading revenue-driven teams and improving sales performance, productivity, and margin management.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and operational instincts to assess issues and implement solutions quickly.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with a high degree of ownership.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology platforms to manage operations and performance.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with tools overhead and in tight spaces.
  • Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday and drive manual transmission vehicles.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
  • $20,000 - $30,000 annual bonus, paid monthly.
  • Up to 6% gross profit share.
