Description

  • Lead continued development of relevant technology products within the Signals Exploitation and Tracking group.
  • Lead a portfolio of research and development programs delivering advanced algorithm and software solutions.
  • Manage all program phases from marketing and business capture through contract execution.
  • Work closely with Government customers, support organizations, and transition partners to ensure program success.
  • Oversee large technical projects, including Work Breakdown Structure definition and resource management.
  • Guide work spanning ideation, technology research, and product development.
  • Support new business development through outreach, capture flow, and proposal writing.
  • Lead and manage multi-discipline teams and mentor less experienced staff.
  • Manage multiple technically diverse programs and teams simultaneously.
  • Deliver presentations and maintain strong program organization and communication across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience in Government contracts or R&D program management.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Experience managing large technical projects, including WBS definition and resource management.
  • Experience across all project phases from ideation to technology research and product development.
  • Experience in new business development, initial outreach, capture flow, and proposal writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience leading and managing multi-discipline teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Preferred: experience with space systems and intelligence products.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of DoD and IC missions and acquisition processes.

  • Full-time salary range of $206,000 to $284,000.
