Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of program managers and analysts, including resource allocation, performance management, and professional development.
  • Oversee end-to-end federal assessments and coordinate with 3PAOs, agency sponsors, and the FedRAMP PMO.
  • Lead the ConMon program for Atlas for Government, including vulnerability analysis and maintenance of POA&M and SSP artifacts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Product, Engineering, and Legal leadership on federal compliance requirements.
  • Communicate the impact of NIST 800-53 requirements on product roadmaps and drive remediation accountability.
  • Aggregate public sector metrics and audit outcomes for Board-level presentations and executive reviews.
  • Partner with federal sales and marketing leads to identify emerging regulatory trends and define remediation and authorization roadmaps.
  • Represent MongoDB in high-stakes meetings with federal regulators and assessment partners.
  • Maintain a rigorous compliance posture while supporting innovation and minimizing disruption to product development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GRC, Information Security, or IT Audit.
  • Significant end-to-end experience managing US public sector compliance programs, especially FedRAMP and DoD.
  • Deep expertise in US Public Sector frameworks, including FedRAMP, DoD Cloud SRG, NIST 800-53, CJIS, and ITAR.
  • Proven track record working with FedRAMP authorization officials, federal agencies, and 3PAOs.
  • Experience contributing to organizational goal-setting and linking compliance authorizations to federal revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to prepare executive-level reporting and explain complex security configurations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native security controls in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Experience with GovRAMP and CMMC is a plus.
