Description

  • Design and apply signal processing and machine learning techniques to solve radar and RF sensing and counter-sensing problems.
  • Design and implement models and simulations for advanced RF systems.
  • Lead small teams and projects.
  • Support business development and proposal writing efforts.
  • Collaborate with teams across sectors and divisions to deploy capabilities into prototype systems.
  • Develop algorithms for signal detection, classification, electronic support measures, attack, protection, and cognitive electronic warfare.
  • Work with engineers, researchers, academic institutions, and industry partners on practical RF sensing solutions.
  • Create and present briefings for customers and senior management.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5-7+ years of relevant work experience depending on degree level (BS +7 years or MS +5 years).
  • Experience in two or more relevant areas such as RF/radar signal processing, optimization, waveform design, electronic warfare, machine learning, adaptive signal processing, AI/ML algorithm development, test and evaluation, model and simulation, systems engineering, test engineering, radar modeling, or RF systems prototyping.
  • Proficiency in one or more scientific or mathematical programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, or C/C++.
  • Strong mathematical, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Active security clearance preferred.
  • Experience with defense-sector RF technologies and electronic warfare applications preferred.
  • Experience with machine learning methods and tools such as PyTorch, Ray, TensorFlow, and MLflow preferred.
  • Experience translating mission needs into end-to-end analytical solutions preferred.
