Description

  • Own the optimization of the Operations application stack and end-to-end finance-specific tech stack.
  • Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities using AI tools, machine learning, and RPA.
  • Monitor the automation and AI landscape and evaluate new tools for adoption or deprecation.
  • Maintain and improve the existing AI toolchain to support data governance and performance.
  • Use AI to support proactive risk assessment and predictive maintenance across Finance, Human Resources, and Operations.
  • Define and track ROI metrics such as efficiency gains and reduced manual effort.
  • Implement technical solutions that improve security posture and support ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar audits.
  • Schedule and monitor system exports, snapshots, and core IT backups to ensure data completeness and recoverability.
  • Troubleshoot finance-system issues, maintain runbooks, and deliver training on system usage and security best practices.
  • Partner with the HRIS Manager and collaborate with Operations, Sales, Product, Data, and Revenue Operations on system changes and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Informatics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is a plus.
  • NetSuite credentials such as SuiteFoundation or Administrator are a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in finance, HR/people operations, or workflow automation in back-office operations, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with NetSuite OneWorld or a comparable ERP in a multi-entity, multi-currency setup.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one satellite tool such as Sigma, Spiff, Yokoy, or Deel.
  • Claude Code proficiency is required.
  • Familiarity with SuiteScript, workflow configuration, or JavaScript; SQL and Python are a plus.
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel modeling and the ability to replace manual spreadsheet processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations.
  • Good command of Git and familiarity with coding best practices such as version control, structured error handling, workflow testing, and release notes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems such as BambooHR and Greenhouse.
  • Working knowledge of N8N, Zapier, Celigo, and BI visualization tools such as Sigma.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills; other languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy with sound judgment and critical thinking.
  • Excellent pragmatic decision-making skills and the ability to assess multiple options to choose the best path for a goal.
