Description

  • Manage a team of direct reports across diverse technical backgrounds and support their development and career growth plans.
  • Establish team and individual goals, including mentoring and performance management plans.
  • Participate in resourcing decisions and balance team capacity against business priorities.
  • Monitor direct reports’ utilization and other operational metrics.
  • Lead adherence to Stoneridge Software’s implementation methodology and continuous improvement practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to support prioritization and decision making.
  • Collaborate with PMO, consulting, and development leaders on methodology topics and project management standards.
  • Act as a client-facing escalation point when needed.
  • Lead and manage successful delivery of Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations to keep projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading, managing, and motivating a team through various stages of growth and learning development.
  • 5+ years of direct project management experience, including direct implementation of ERP and/or CRM solutions.
  • Experience in a consulting environment is required.
  • Previous experience as a player/coach is strongly preferred.
  • PMP, CSM, or CAPM designation preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics technologies and/or ERP and CRM implementations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and creative communication skills.
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. or Canada; visa sponsorship is not offered.
