Description

  • Facilitate successful Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations using industry best practices and Stoneridge methodology.
  • Lead data migration discussions, coordinate execution with technical teams, and test migrations for accuracy.
  • Work with clients to understand business requirements and perform gap analysis.
  • Plan and lead joint process design sessions and identify business and system gaps.
  • Scope projects, convert client requirements into functional specifications and design documents, and verify document accuracy.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and testing of core Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
  • Provide creative solutions to client challenges using product knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Anticipate client needs, identify project risks, and provide post-implementation support as needed.
  • Conduct client training sessions and provide guidance to team members in areas of expertise.
  • Mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants, contribute to internal documentation, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • 5-8+ years of consulting or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years leading implementations.
  • At least 2 full life cycle implementations.
  • Experience with the Business Central manufacturing module preferred.
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions for complex business requirements and automate or streamline business processes.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to concurrently deliver on multiple projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. or Canada; visa sponsorship is not offered.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the U.S. and Canada, including client sites and company office locations as needed.

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities, with US pay of $130,500-$164,500 and Canada pay of C$124,600-C$149,500.
