Description

  • Gather and analyze technical requirements to configure Braze and partner technologies within client martech stacks.
  • Collaborate with Delivery team members to define integration points and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Develop functional design specifications, including workflows, user journeys, and business rules.
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions that align technical architecture with business objectives.
  • Build and manage complex data structures, including user attributes, events, and tracking logic.
  • Use Braze segmentation tools to create dynamic and static audience segments for targeted messaging.
  • Design multi-step, multi-channel campaign flows in Braze Canvas to support automated customer engagement.
  • Provide solution recommendations, write-ups, coding examples, and proof-of-concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Manage time and priorities to meet quarterly billable hour targets and client deadlines.
  • Maintain Braze certifications and stay current on Braze and marketing technology partner updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry.
  • 3 or more Braze certifications, including Braze Marketer and Braze Digital Strategist, or the ability to quickly obtain them after starting.
  • Knowledge of Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling, and data ingestion processes.
  • Experience developing and clearly documenting custom solutions.
  • Strong organization, delegation, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to articulate marketing technology best practices and translate them into practical implementation recommendations.
  • Strong strategic and technical thinking with the ability to navigate complex customer situations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements and balance competing priorities.
  • Confidence in leading customer-facing discussions and presentations while managing expectations.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and authorization to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship.
