Description

  • Serve as the Centric PLM site administrator by configuring fields, views, exports, and workflows for the product creation team.
  • Manage Pimberly governance to ensure material data accuracy, field completeness, and seasonal publishing readiness.
  • Build and maintain automated exports for NetSuite, wholesale workbooks, and DTC channels, ensuring data mapping integrity.
  • Define and enforce data entry standards across the product team and train new team members on system protocols.
  • Manage Centric custom field development, Sales Channel logic, and seasonal maintenance in coordination with the PLM team.
  • Lead Centric Health Check cadences with Centric Customer Success and own the platform roadmap and adoption strategy.
  • Own product compliance program management, including care labeling, fiber content accuracy, country-of-origin requirements, and import translations.
  • Maintain CPSIA documentation for youth products and coordinate regulatory review with Legal as needed.
  • Manage PFAS compliance documentation, vendor statements, historical records, and ongoing regulatory monitoring.
  • Monitor evolving product safety, chemical, and environmental regulatory requirements and brief internal teams accordingly.
  • Own execution of Stio's EU Digital Product Passport program, including label and carrier label requirements, and coordinate reporting timelines with Operations and Legal.
  • Manage preferred materials certification audits and sustainability reporting, including RDS, RWS, GRS, GOTS, Scope 3.1 data collection, and annual survey completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Product Operations, or a similar relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, product compliance, sustainability operations, or PLM administration in apparel or consumer goods.
  • Experience managing rigorous compliance programs such as PFAS, fiber content, labeling, and certifications.
  • Familiarity with sustainability certifications and supply chain transparency.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple competing deadlines.
  • Administrative or power-user PLM experience; Centric experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented systems thinker who is comfortable building processes from scratch.
  • Familiarity with HIGG/Worldly or Change Climate project tools is required or strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a stationary position for 75% of the work day.
